TURF clients

for profit and not for profit developers and commercial businesses seeking
funds to revitalize commercial real estate within distressed urban markets

Rhode Island. TURF will take risks outside conventional lending practices.
Traditional analysis and underwriting guidelines are tempered with
flexibility to allow TURF to undertake non-conventional risks.
TURF typically provides loans and equity like investments in amounts
averaging $250,000. TURF will finance up to 100% of a project's value.
TURF loans carry a fixed rate of interest and are priced commensurate
with
the risk undertaken. Products include construction, permanent, acquisition,
bridge and pre-development financing. Loans and investments typically
require full recourse to the project sponsor and an acceptable collateral
position.
