About Us

TURF is a non profit CDFI certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. We provide loans and equity like investments to qualified developers and not for profit organizations involved in the revitalization of commercial properties in urban areas. TURF products and services address financing shortfalls that enable otherwise unfeasible projects to proceed. We typically look for
opportunities to complement and integrate investments that have the
greatest community impact.

Our portfolio clients include community development corporations, urban developers and businesses involved with the revitalization of distressed real estate and community development within our target markets.
